Please note: These Rules were last updated on 31st March 2023. The main change from the old version of these Rules is that the starting time for the Best Odds Guaranteed promotion has been moved from 9.00am to 10.00am. This new version of the Rules will come into force on 4th April 2023 and will remain in force from thereon out.

    1. To be eligible for this Bonus, you must:
    1. be a Member of Virgin Bet (who has accepted the Virgin Bet Terms and Conditions);
    2. be a resident of Great Britain, and be located in Great Britain when you participate;
    3. be 18 years of age or over; and
    4. place a bet which includes one or more win or each-way selections on UK or Irish horse racing after 10.00am (UK time) on the day of the race (a "Qualifying Bet").
  1. For the purposes of this promotion, the starting price shall mean the price that is available for the horse at the start of the race (‘SP’).
  1. If you place a Qualifying Bet and the SP is bigger than the price of any selection in your Qualifying Bet (the original price taken by you), then we will pay you out at the SP of that selection.
  1. The maximum increase in returns received as an enhancement result under this promotion is capped at £50,000 per Member per day. For example, if a Qualifying Bet was scheduled to return £75K at the original odds, but would return £150K once the Bonus is applied, then the payment would be £125k (75K + 50K maximum bonus).
    5. The following shall not be deemed Qualifying Bets for the purposes of this Bonus:
    1. ante-post bets;
    2. betting in running;
    3. derived markets;
    4. cashed out bets; and
    5. voided bets.
  1. In the event that a Rule 4 deduction applies, we will settle the relevant selection of your Qualifying Bet, after any applicable deduction has been made.
  1. This Bonus is made available at our discretion and we reserve the right to restrict the availability of any Bonus to any Member at any time and for any reason. Any such restriction shall not apply to any Qualifying Bet that has already been placed by that Member and been accepted by us, and shall only apply to Qualifying Bets that are placed after that Member has been notified of such restriction. This Rule is subject to our obligations to apply restrictions necessary to prevent money laundering, fraud or similar unlawful behaviour as set out in the Virgin Bet Terms and Conditions.
  1. Any Member who is self-excluded will not be eligible to participate. Members who self-exclude: (i) during the timeframe of this promotion, or (ii) after the timeframe of this promotion but before any Bonus is credited, will not be eligible to win/receive any Bonus.
  1. Your deposit balance (excluding any non-withdrawable Bonuses such as Free Bet Tokens) and winnings (if any, and including this Bonus) are withdrawable at any time during this offer, subject to our rights to temporarily withhold payments as further set out in section 5 of the Virgin Bet Terms and Conditions.
  1. This Bonus is subject at all times to the Bonus Rules and the Virgin Bet Terms and Conditions.
