1. To be eligible for this ‘3/1+ Winners’ promotion (the “Promotion”), you must:

1. be 18 years of age or over;
2. be a resident of, and physically located in, Great Britain;
3. be a registered Member of Virgin Bet, having accepted theVirgin Bet Terms and Conditions; and

3. If your Qualifying Bet wins and your selection is settled at a price of 3/1 (4.0) or greater, we will grant you a free bet of an amount equal to the value of the stake of your first Qualifying Bet, up to a maximum of £20, consisting of one free bet token (the “Free Bet Token”).

4. There is no maximum stake applicable to this Promotion but, if your Qualifying Bet is over £20, you will only be eligible for a Free Bet Token of up to a maximum of £20.

5. Only the first bet that you place on the Race shall be eligible to be deemed to be a Qualifying Bet and therefore eligible for this Promotion.

6. For each-way bets, only the ‘win’ portion will count towards the Qualifying Bet requirements of this Promotion.

7. Multiple and accumulator bets will not qualify for this Promotion. Price boosts, Match Betting, Place Markets and Betting Without Favourite(s) markets will also be excluded from this Promotion.

8. If the first bet that you place on the Race is ‘cashed out’, cancelled or voided, it will not be deemed to be a Qualifying Bet and therefore will not be eligible for this Promotion. The next qualifying bet placed will be deemed the Qualifying Bet.

9. If you place more than one Qualifying Bet at the same, the bet with the lowest Bet ID will be deemed the qualifying bet.

10. We aim to credit your Free Bet Token to your Member account on or before 10am the day following your Qualifying Bet being settled. In the case of technical difficulties, please allow up to 24 hours for your Free Bet Token to be credited. If you have not received your Free Bet Token within this timeframe, you may contact our Customer Service Team.

11. Free Bet Tokens:
1. must be used within 48 hours once credited, otherwise shall expire and be removed from your Member account;
2. may be used to bet on sportsbook only and cannot be used to wager on Games;
3. may only be used to place a bet of the same value as the applicable Free Bet Token, and cannot be used to placed a succession of bets of lower value;
4. may only be used one at a time (and separate bets must be placed to redeem any multiple Free Bet Tokens awarded, where applicable);
5. may only be used at odds of 1/100 or greater;
6. may only be used to place a single selection bet or an accumulator bet with two or more selections, so are not valid for use on multiple bets such as Lucky 15s;
7. cannot be used on each-way bets;
8. cannot be used to claim any Bonus;
9. cannot be withdrawn as cash; and
10. will not be returned as a stake on a winning bet.

12. Where a restriction is applied to your Member account under section 11.6 of the Virgin Bet Terms and Conditions or your eligibility to receive the Bonus offered as part of this promotion is otherwise reduced by us under section 7.a. of the Bonus Rules (an “Account Restriction”) after you have placed a Qualifying Bet (where placed before we have notified you of the Account Restriction), you may contact our Customer Service Team to obtain the full number and expected value of any Bonus that you should have been awarded under this promotion, where altered or removed by such Account Restriction. This Rule is subject to our obligations to apply restrictions to Bonuses as necessary to prevent money laundering, fraud or similar unlawful behaviour as set out in the Virgin Bet Terms and Conditions.

13. You can only take part in this promotion once. If we detect that any Member has created more than one account (including in order to take part in this promotion multiple times, in breach of these Rules) or taking part in this promotion for the benefit of a group of people, we shall be entitled to close any such accounts (and void any Bonuses (as defined in the Bonus Rules), bets, refunds and/or related winnings).

14. Your deposit balance (excluding any non-withdrawable Bonuses such as Free Bet Tokens) and winnings (if any) are withdrawable at any time during this promotion, subject to our rights to temporarily withhold payments as further set out in section 5 of the Virgin Bet Terms and Conditions.

15. This promotion is subject at all times to the Bonus Rules and the Virgin Bet Terms and Conditions.
